Apply

Latimer is open to anyone aged 15, 16 or 17 on 1 July who lives in the UK. There are around fifty places each year. It is free to take part, and we can help with travel.

How to apply

  1. Written application. Tell us a little about yourself and write an essay of up to 500 words responding to this year’s prompt: “Is it ever right to break a rule?” There is no right answer. We want to see how you think.

Decisions are sent out in April.

We actively welcome applications from young people who may not have considered an opportunity like this before.
