The Aldwell Foundation runs Latimer Summer School. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you register your interest, apply or contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, age and school. For applications we also collect your essay.
How we use it
We use your information to run Latimer, to process applications, to keep students safe and to tell you about future programmes where you have agreed to this. We do not sell your information. We may share it with trusted suppliers who help us run the programme, such as our email and website providers.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for three years, and records relating to students who attend for as long as we are required to for safeguarding purposes.
