Melissa Hargreaves appointed Chair of the Aldwell Foundation
The trustees of the Aldwell Foundation are delighted to announce that Melissa Hargreaves has been appointed Chair of the Board.
Melissa has been closely involved with Latimer from the very beginning. Together with her husband, Dan Hargreaves, she has supported the Foundation’s work since it was established, and it was their vision that first brought the summer school into being.
“Latimer exists because we believe young people deserve to encounter the very best of what has been thought and said,” Melissa said. “It is a privilege to help carry that work forward.”
Melissa succeeds Richard Pell, who remains a trustee. We thank Richard warmly for his leadership during the Foundation’s first years.
